Today is Vivi and Uria`s farewell party. Main course is Mie Ayam (Noodle with Chicken) by Rosana, [yummy] and lots of dissert, like cheese and chocolate cake, avocado juice, etc. Today we have a lots of fun, even we will have a farewell.

Yukata, Summer Kimono

After finish my laundry and re-arrange my cabinet, and when I saw my hanging yukata, I feel I want try to wear it again. It will spring soon. Maybe I will get a chance to wear it in a matsuri.

Story: paper cranes with "personal" coffee maker. Do you know how bad I want a coffee maker, but if it unaffordable, so just try to make some “innovation”. I found that with this personal-mobile-thermos, we can make great black coffee.

[1] Just pour 1 table spoon of coffee and boil water
[2] close the thermos for couple minutes
[3] open the thermos, pour the coffee to glass and you can have fine black coffee

I think the pressure make the coffee even better. What to try? ^^

Story: paper crane with chain of blue and white Light-Emitting Diode (LED). Blue color is the latest color that can be produce using LED. Now the white bright LED is used as the echo friendly device, for example, car and road lamp. And the most up to date device that using LED is television. This is the next generation after plasma. It claimed as the lowest power consumption and you can find it very expensive.

Why television? It is because every house has television. Even when every house turn in off or stand-by condition, it still wasted lots of electricity. So if every house can save this wasted electricity, then maybe we can save our future energy.

Story: paper cranes with merchandise from blood donor. Today, the bus come to campus and I try to apply. Alhamdulillah, I passed the examination and finally donor my blood after 5 months. It's means this is the first time I give my blood in Japan. Usually I give 350cc, but in Japan, they ask for 200cc or 400cc, then I give 400cc. I hope it's going to help someone.

After through this busy day, the most happiest moment is hang out and chit-chat with friends. At that time, I feel no worry about the future and just seize the time. There always will be worried things about future, but when we give more focus to the future, sometimes it makes us forgot about how beautiful the days we've been through. So I just want to thankful for today of everyday ^^ Alhamdulillah......

Story: I'm thankful because I can see this colorful world. Today I had experience being color blind person using special glasses in Nakauchi-sensei seminar. It's amazing how the world can be so different. Using this glasses, a designer can choose "universal color" than everyone can get the same information, ex. maps, traffic sign, text book, etc.

Today I joint seminar about Color in Nakauchi-sensei lab. It was an interesting seminar. He show me lots of "illusion" scene. It shown that color is not just a physical component, there need an intention to sense it. I think it the same with how we "see" person. Whether the person look good or not, it not just depend on his/her appearance but also depend on your intention.

Nakauchi-sensei gave me bonus, Belgium chocolate. I choose white chocolate with coffee cream and chocolate with peanut butter. Yummy.... (^,^)
